Q: What if I need to leave the Virtual Happiness Retreat during the day, or I'm not available for a full weekend?
A: You have full playback control. Experience the retreat either as a full weekend with the builtin breaks, or play it in chapters. You can also pause it, rewind and fast forward. This retreat is yours for six months.

Q: What will the experience be like?
A: We are creating an immersive experience for you, with inspiring talks about nutrition, meditation and yoga from experts in their fields, all from the comfort of your own home. Use this as a weekend to take time for yourself.

Q: Can I decide when I watch the event?
A: Yes! Once you purchase a ticket, the event is yours to watch whenever you want for up to six months from the date of purchase.

A: This event can be accessed from anywhere in the world – once you have purchased your ticket.

Q: How do I access the event?
A: After you purchase a ticket you will receive an email confirmation with a clickable link to the event.

Q: What do I bring?
A: A towel and bottle of water for yoga, if you wish to participate. For the cooking classes you will be emailed a list of ingredients to get ahead of time. This will be sent once you have purchased your ticket to the event.

Q: Can I ask questions to Debbie and the team of experts?
A: Once you have purchased your ticket you will be sent an email address to send your question to. Please note that questions are not answered in realtime.

Q: Can I purchase this as a gift?
A: Yes! Absolutely. The gift works like a gift card. You can buy this Virtual Retreat as a gift for anyone you wish by adding their email address and a personalized message. When you complete the purchase, the recipient of the gift will receive a coupon code they can use in checkout.

A: Yes. You can watch the event from your computer, tablet or smartphone, as long as your device supports video playback from either a browser or app.
